Scratch Game Contest Rules and Regulations

 

1. Eligibility

 Open to all participants [specify age range, e.g., ages 8–18, or open to all ages].

 Participants must have a free Scratch account (scratch.mit.edu) to create and submit projects.

 No entry fee or purchase required.

 Participants can enter as individuals or in teams (max team size: 3 members).

 

2. Theme

 Games must be original creations made specifically for this contest.

 Submit the project on scratch and the contest studio after that copy the project link and send via [method, e.g., Google Form, Scratch studio comment, or email].

 One entry per individual or team.

 How the game fits the theme.

 Any inspirations or credits (e.g., for team members or Scratch assets).

 

4. Content Requirements

 Games must follow Scratch Community Guidelines (no violence, inappropriate language, or offensive themes).

 Design (20%): Visual appeal, sound usage, and theme integration.

 Polish (20%): Bugfree experience, clear instructions, and completeness.

 Categories (optional):

 Beginner (new to Scratch, <6 months experience).

 Intermediate (6 months–2 years).

 Advanced (2+ years or complex projects).

 Ties will be broken by highest Creativity score.
